Glato's specializes in fly and spin-cast fishing for bonefish and is located on the waterfront, overlooking miles of crystal-clear ocean water and white sand bars. This rustic but comfortable lodge has 12 rooms that will accommodate 24 fishermen. Here you can experience some of the world's richest mudflats teeming with 8-12 lb. bonefish just waiting to zip your fly. Our policy of catch and release is strictly maintained. Adventurous divers can explore winding mazes of the famous Blue Holes of Andros or drop down in the abyss of the Tongue of the Ocean. Snorkellers and divers alike will be amazed by the bountiful schools of colorful fish that inhabit the Andros Reef. Andros also has a wide array of hiking, exploring, wildlife and ecotours. Sightseers will enjoy picnics at Uncle Charli's Blue Hole, a charming spot where they can grab a rope and swing out over a freshwater blue hole, or search the remains of the abandoned city of Pleasant Harbour. Perhaps most intriguing of all, is the village of Red Bays on the west side of the island.
