Located three miles south of Pleasant Bay Village, this is the remains of a high rock wall constructed by slaves in the late 18th century. It is now a habitat for giant white crabs during crabbing season.

St. Margaret's Church dates back more than 100 years and is said to have been built by Fr. Sweeting, one of the first black Bahamian priests. The church is located on the seaside and is one of the landmarks of the community. Sunday service time is 8:30 a.m.
Built in 1920, St. Mary's is famous for several reasons: it was the first Catholic Church on the island, it had the first school on the island and it has the deepest hand-cut well on the island, at over 100 feet deep.
