Program Eligibility

  • Bookings must take place October 16, 2008 through December 20, 2008.
  • Travel must take place October 16, 2008 through February 28, 2009. Please note: This offer is not available for stays during the following dates: November 23-30, 2008 and December 20, 2008-January 4, 2009.
  • $250 rebate requires a minimum stay of 3-6 consecutive nights on air-inclusive packages.
  • $500 rebate requires a minimum stay of 7 or more consecutive nights on air-inclusive packages.
  • $250 and $500 rebate valid for new air-inclusive vacation packages. Travel must originate from the U.S. Limit one rebate per booking.

Must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from date of stay to be valid. Allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of check. Rebate checks will only be remitted to the individual's name appearing on both the hotel checkout folio and air-inclusive package confirmation documentation. Checks will not be remitted to third parties. Rebate checks will be paid in U.S. Dollars. Incomplete rebate forms will be returned to sender. Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board (GBITB) is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Requests from post office boxes will not be accepted. Your rights cannot be transferred and this offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Keep copies of all materials submitted, as they become GBITB's property and will not be returned. Warning: Fraudulent submission could result in federal prosecution under mail fraud statutes. (Title 18, USC Sections 1341 & 1342). Checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issue and cannot be reissued. Offer may not be combined with any other cash-back offer. Employees of GBITB or GBITB member properties are not eligible.
