The Government and people of the Islands of The Bahamas are appreciative of all the inquiries, concerns and generous support we have received thus far in the wake of Hurricane Matthew.

Hurricane Matthew has left a devastating blow to some of our beautiful islands, in particular Grand Bahama and Andros and to a lesser degree Nassau. While hundreds of homes have been destroyed and our landscape damaged, we are grateful to God, that there has been no loss of life. The spirit and resolve of our people remains strong, as we begin to rebuild those areas that were impacted.

We have received numerous communications from private persons as well as corporate business houses asking how one can render help to those individuals who were affected by the storm.

This page has been established as a resource center to help aide those in need. We will continue to update this page with the most relevant information needed so we can continue to provide the necessary assistance to persons and business houses who are willing to lend a helping hand.
