While actor Johnny Depp admits money can't buy happiness, it did allow him to purchase a secluded private island in The Bahamas. The star, who filmed two installments of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in the Exuma Cays, said in Vanity Fair's July 2009 issue that he visits Little Hall's Pond Cay with his family as an escape from hectic celebrity life.
It doesn't take a movie star's salary to visit The Exumas - there are a variety of accommodations to fit any traveler's budget!
