Using a 5000 year old wax process, Pete Johnston has been specializing in bronze sculptures ever since it was introduced to him by his father the late Randolph Johnston in 1952. Today both Pete and his father's work is known worldwide and can be seen in such places as the Vatican's Museum in Rome, Rawson Square in Nassau and many domestic and international art galleries.The foundry is still in operation and remains to be the only bronze foundry in the Bahamas. It is tucked away in the unspoiled and secluded location of Little Harbour that also offers a family owned pub and art gallery.
