The atmosphere at Off The Grill is very Bahamian, from the very style of our building, to the hospitality of our staff and our mouth-watering dishes, accompanied by the down-home sounds of our local music. When you are here, our relaxing atmosphere reminds you of one of our more remote areas and you won't feel like you are in the heart of bustling Freeport.Your hosts are Madea Smith, who created the scrumptious menu and makes sure that you get exactly the dish you want. Mix-master Rachel concocts tantalizing Bahama Mamas, Daiquiris and and other mixed drinks. Conch-man Anthony, famous for his Platinum Salad, will demonstrate the entire process, removing the delicacy from its shell and creating the salad right before your eyes!Dine on our rustic patio or take out one of our signature dishes hot off the grill. Lunch specials are available daily, in addition to combination seafood dinners. We cater small or large groups and any special functions.
