Bimini has a very active Sports calendar, with a variety of activities taking place year-round. There is a winter softball league, with games held from the end of November to the beginning of April, junior and senior basketball leagues, senior baseball, and The Little League Baseball season from April to June. A high school basketball tournament is held annually, with competition against visiting teams from other islands in The Bahamas. Highlight of the year is when the best of Bimini's junior teams compete against teams from the Caribbean at the Caribbean Meet in Puerto Rico. Adults can participate in the Summer Softball League, which is a co-ed slow-pitch series.
