Things to Do on Land

You will find extensive ruins of an 18th century Loyalist plantation, which provide telling evidence of its past operation; quaint and colorful towns, some named for former British monarchy. Four monuments mark the spot where Christopher Columbus is said to have come ashore here; and the New World Museum chronicles his life. The classic Dixon Hill Lighthouse can be seen for miles and the majestic Great Lake covers most of the island's interior.
