The property features one-bedroom apartment units with kitchenettes, full stove and refridgerator, microwave, dishes, pots, linens, etc. Guests have a choice (subject to availability) between bedrooms with one bed (king or queen) or two double beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in each living room. The units are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Light housekeeping is provided daily except Sunday. There is a lobby area that guests can use for meetings and functions, swimming pool with lounge chairs, coin-operated telephone and washer and dryer. There are 15 one-bedroom units available for rent (maximum of 4 guests to each unit) plus 4 studio apartments. The owners manage the property and reside on site.
