This self-sufficient resort and marina features eight 2, 3, and 4 bedroom villas that are nestled around a crescent-shaped beach where you experience gorgeous sunsets and the occasional "Green Flash". The villas have full kitchens, spacious living rooms, air-conditioning and decks facing the beach. Two modern and spacious townhouses with the same amenities are also available next to the marina. There are eight oceanfront rooms on the Island's highest elevation that are situated next to an oversize freshwater pool. Each room has either a king size bed or two full size beds, a refrigerator and satellite TV.

There are two newly-surfaced tennis courts and golf carts, bicycles, and 17' - 19' Carolina Skiffs are available for exploring the island. The Harbour House Restaurant and Lounge accommodates both the bar and restaurant and serves a variety of Bahamian and Continental dishes with fresh fish, conch and lobster brought in daily from surrounding waters. The food is exceptional and the service is prompt and gracious. The Chub Cay Club Resort & Marina also offers great fishing. You can fish the Tongue of the Ocean and surrounding areas for Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Dolphin, Snapper, Sailfish, Shark, Tuna, Grouper, Barracuda and Wahoo. Or, fish the flats for Bonefish and Permit. The resort hosts several sport fishing tournaments each year. Among them are the annual Chub Cay Club Invitational Billfish Tournament and the second leg of the Bahamas Wahoo Championship.
