The Grand Bahama Sports Complex opened in 1999 and is the center for Track and Field competitions on Grand Bahama Island. It is home to Donald Thomas - 2007 World Champion for High Jump; Michael Mathieu and Andrea Williams - 2007 World Championship Silver Medalists and Silver Medalists for the 4x400m Relay at the 2008 Olympic Games.
