We offer traditional Bahamian cuisine served up in dishes made from local products. Specialties of the house are cracked conch, baked stuff lobster, a seafood platter served in a coconut boat or on a straw mat all accompanied by a variety of fresh vegetables. Seasonal fruits, like watermelon, are prepared in several ways. Scrumptious desserts include Bahamian guava duff and other local delicacies. Our bar is a gathering place for both locals and visitors, who enjoy Hot Spot signature drinks like the "Como Hill," the "Blue Hole," and the very popular "Bahamian Flag," which showcases the colors of our flag: black, aquamarine and gold. Bahamian beers and other favorite beverages are also available. On weekends, holidays, and other special occasions, we have DJ music, limbo dancing, and karaoke. Everyone joins in and it is a very friendly and festive atmosphere. Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday 12:00 p.m. until; Sunday by appointment only.
