Birding Guide

Casper is a professional birder and has been a Warden of the National Parks of the Inaguas for the last 20 years. He is the grandson and grand nephew of the first park wardens of the Great Inagua National Park and protectors of the West Indian Flamingo.

Inagua is home to the Bahamian endemic Inagua Woodstar Hummingbird and the great conservation story of The Bahamas. Saving the Flamingo population was the first national wildlife conservation project in the country, sponsored by the Audubon Society.
