The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic Is A Million-Dollar Swing
The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic was a million-dollar swing with golfers, visitors and organizers.
A total of 132 players from around the world competed for the $600,000 purse at the Abaco Club on Winding Bay, January 20 - 23. This event was the second of two Web.com Tour events in The Bahamas. The first was The Bahamas Great Exuma Classic.
When the dust had settled, Rafael Campos, a native of Puerto Rico, was declared the winner. Campos is the first Puerto Rican to win on the Web.com Tour. This win is his first professional win.
Campos gushed about The Bahamas.
THE ISLANDS OF THE BAHAMAS BRAND DOMINATES AT TOP U.S. SHOPPING MALL
The Islands Of The Bahamas brand is receiving high visibility in a heavily trafficked area of the Sawgrass Mills Mall, South Florida, in what is being called a major brand takeover or mall domination.
Sawgrass Mills Mall, a mega shopping complex located in the city of Sunrise, Florida, is reportedly the largest single-story shopping outlet in the U.S. and one of the largest shopping malls in the country. The mall boasts some 2.4 million square feet and attracts an annual traffic of 40 million shoppers.
Great Exuma Classic Tour ‘A Hole-In-One’ For Exuma
The Islands Of The Bahamas hit a hole-in-one with the Bahamas Great Exuma Classic as players and organizers of the event continue to rave about its success.
Over 132 players from around the world teed off at the PGA Web.com Tour event held at Sandals Emerald Bay’s Golf Course from January 10-16.
The event opens the PGA Tour season.
In the end, Zecheng “Marty” Dou of China won the tournament by draining a 55-foot birdie putt on the 72nd hole.
This is Dou’s second win for the Web.com series as he took the title in 2017.
