This multi-purpose facility opened in 1990 and was named in honor of the late Sir Kendal G.L. Isaacs, a former Governor General of The Bahamas. It is located at the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre, adjacent to the Thomas A. Robinson National Stadium, and is the primary venue for Basketball games in New Providence.

The stadium was home to: Michael "Sweet Bells" Thompson, former player with the LA Lakers; Rick Fox, former player with the LA Lakers; Dexter Cambridge, former player with the Dallas Mavericks; and Osborne "Goose" Lockhart, former player with ,The Harlem Globetrotters.
