Long route Course Formats

The GFNY Bahamas Cycling 2025 long route is a 60.8-mile (approximately 98 km) course with a total elevation gain of 1,390 feet (approximately 424 meters).

The race begins and ends on West Bay Street, near Goodman's Bay Park in Nassau.

Medium Route Course Formats

The GFNY Bahamas Cycling 2025 medium route covers 33 miles (approximately 53 kilometers) with a total elevation gain of 820 feet (approximately 250 meters).

 Starting on West Bay Street near Goodman's Bay Park in Nassau, riders will embark on a single loop through the western part of New Providence Island.
