The meal includes a suckling pig marinated with garden-grown rosemary, onion, garlic, and thyme, mixed with the chef's special spices and slow roasted to perfection. It is served with your choice of roasted vegetables, baked macaroni, grilled corn, peas and rice. We also serve jerked chicken and pork, plus a grilled fish dinner. All meals come with a slice of the chef's choice of dessert.
