How To Get Here
Nassau & Paradise Island is very accessible by air and sea. Visitors can arrive by scheduled and chartered flights at Lynden Pindling International Airport (LPIA), as well as by cruise ship into the Prince George Dock. Bahamas Ferry Services provides daily, twice-weekly or weekly service from several islands on a fully air-conditioned vessel, and there is weekly (or more frequent) mailboat service from all of the other islands.

Private Boats
Visiting boaters must clear Customs and Immigration at the nearest designated Official Port of Entry—The Marina at Atlantis, Paradise Island and Hurricane Hole Marina. As you enter port, fly the yellow quarantine flag and notify Customs of your arrival. No one other than the captain is permitted to leave the boat until your vessel has been cleared. Marinas have fully functioning slips, most equipped with electric and water hook-ups and fuel. Some even have cable and Internet.
Private Flying
For private pilots, steering your own aircraft over the stunning watercolor scenery of our islands and landing on one of their 50-plus airstrips is truly one of the great joys of flying. In Nassau, Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs) are available at Lynden Pindling International Airport to provide fueling and other support services.
