There is one airport serving San Salvador: San Salvador International Airport (ZSA). It offers daily scheduled service from Nassau by Bahamasair and a weekly scheduled charter flight from Fort Lauderdale by Spirit Airlines. Charter service is also available from Paris, France and Montreal, Canada, weekly and can also be arranged through any certified carrier. Sea service is provided by a weekly mailboats into Cockburn Town.

Visiting boaters must clear Customs and Immigration at the nearest designated Official Port of Entry—the Government Dock at Cockburn Town.
