This is the party of the year on Long Island and the resort goes all out for the many guest that usually attend. A large, scrumptious buffet-style dinner is provided to feast upon, along with a number of pastries for dessert. There is live entertainment by a local band, plus there are prizes, limbo-dancing and fireworks. It is a great way to bring in the New Year!

Reservations are required, due to limited seating, and dress is formal. It is open to hotel guests and the general public.
