The Bahamian Christmas holiday culminates in the Junkanoo Parade, a tradition that has been passed down through generations for many years. Music is made with cowbells, goatskin drums and a number of other instruments, while the colorful costumes are designed from cardboard and crepe paper.

The Bul' Reg Regatta kicks off the New Year with two exciting days of sailing. There are two series races, including the Roy Albury Cup Race on January 1 and the final two series races including the Bul' Reg Cup Race on January 2. Other activities include food and drinks for sale, live entertainment and games for the kids. Come out and bring the whole family.
