Chub Cay, The Berry Islands Chub Cay Blue Hole

The blue hole on Chub Cay is in the Southern Berry Islands Marine Reserve, an ecologically sensitive area; therefore, due caution should be taken when approaching. It can present a hazard to motorists, pedestrians and waders, particularly at high tide, due to its proximity to the roadway and the lack of any barrier to prevent one from plunging in. Please ensure that you pay attention to the Hazard sign. It is also one of the great fishing spots on the cay.
