6:30 pm – 8:30 pm   - Captain's meeting, attendance is mandatory.

6:15 am  - Vessels check off (roll call) before departing Bahia Mar Marina.

6:30 am  - Vessel check off (second roll call) - turning basin out of the Harbour.  Follow the lead boat within your group, be at least 75ft – 100ft apart to avoid any accidents.

7:00 am – All boats depart Bahia Mar Yachting Center.

7:30 am – Vessel roll call every half hour until arrival.

12:30 pm – Arrival within 10 miles of Grand Bahama Island, all vessels must raise your yellow quarantine flag, and call Port Lucaya Marina’s dock master on channel 16, then switch to a working channel. Once in port, only the captain may leave the boat until officials from the Bahamas Customs Department clears your vessel.

12:45 pm - Welcome to Grand Bahama Island!

1:00 pm - Explore the island at your leisure! Sightseeing, historical landmarks and tours of the island are also available. Please feel free to ask us or see one of the on-island tourism representatives
