The Bahamas Fly Fishing Industry Association (BFFIA) is a nonprofit, private-sector organization with the following objectives: To establish solidarity amongst all stakeholders in the industry To provide advocacy and strong lobby to influence favorable public policy To facilitate training and research to benefit industry practitioners To take the lead on strategic global marketing initiatives for the sector To promote conservation efforts and best practices To socially and economically empower Bahamians living in local communities
