Randy E. RolleParlimentary Secretary, The Bahamas Ministry Of Tourism
Randy E. Rolle is a veteran public servant with a diverse leadership background spanning diplomacy, economic development, project management and national revitalisation initiatives.
Mr. Rolle currently serves as Parliamentary Secretary in The Ministry of Tourism. He has also served as Executive Chairman and Managing Director of the Consumer Protection Commission of The Bahamas, a position he held since July 2024. In this role, he led national efforts to strengthen consumer protection frameworks, address cost-of-living challenges and enhance regulatory oversight in support of economic resilience and inclusive growth.
He is widely recognised for his leadership in the revitalisation of Downtown Bay Street in Nassau, an initiative that achieved international recognition for advancing urban renewal, commercial activity and destination appeal.
He has also supported national development priorities through his work with the former Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation, where he served as a consultant contributing to strategic growth initiatives and investment expansion efforts during The Bahamas’ post-COVID-19 economic recovery period.
From 2012 to 2017, Mr. Rolle served as Consul General of The Bahamas to Atlanta, Georgia. In this capacity, he represented Bahamian interests in one of the United States’ leading business and commercial centres and was, at the time of his appointment, the youngest individual to hold this position within The Bahamas’ foreign service.
His areas of engagement include consumer advocacy, economic development, investment facilitation and international relations.
Mr. Rolle is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. And, he maintains membership at Mount Tabor Church in Nassau, The Bahamas.
