Caribbean305 takes place on Saturday evening, June 23rd at Jungle Island in Miami.
The 2017 launch of the event was a big hit and this year will be even bigger and better…. as the Caribbean’s top chefs representing 15 destinations will be out in force. We’ll be offering non-stop Caribbean entertainment, over 45 regional tapas items, and 15 unique destination drinks to sample.
Last year’s menu included mouth-watering delicacies like Bahamian coconut cracked conch, green bananas crusted jerk pork, warm sweet potato pudding, smoked herring & plantain croquettes, Puerto Rican style guavate-seasoned slow roasted port, java bami goring, chicken white pudding with mango hot sauce, Trinidadian doubles, Turks-style crab and cassava stew, hurricane curry…and so much more.
They topped it off with tantalizing deserts like Barbados’ rum and raison sweet bread shot and the USVI’s cheesecake sundae & coconut dumb bread…..
