The Islands Of The Bahamas are dedicated to promoting tourism to the beautiful islands of the Bahamas. In doing so, we would be honored to showcase your photography, however, we need your permission. Below are the terms and conditions. By accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you allow us to utilize your photo in our ongoing efforts to showcase the Islands Of The Bahamas.

By responding "YES", I hereby irrevocably grant to The Islands Of The Bahamas, its agents, employees, legal representatives, and assigns, as well as those acting under its permission and upon its authority, or those for whom The Islands Of The Bahamas is acting, the absolute right and permission to (1) use my photo, video, tweet, post, or other online or electronic content ("Content"), which I have posted on any social media platform; and (2) edit, change, or alter such Content, at the sole discretion of The Islands Of The Bahamas. I further grant The Islands Of The Bahamas a license to use such Content, which I have posted on any social media platform, for art, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever in any media throughout the world, in perpetuity. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.

I acknowledge and understand that I will receive no compensation for my Content, which I have posted on any social media platform, or for the license granted above.

By responding "YES", I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless The Islands Of The Bahamas, its agents, employees, legal representatives or assigns, as well as all persons acting under its permission or upon its authority or for whom it is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in any processing tending towards the completion of the finished product.
