We make premium artisanal Italian gelato (ice cream) fresh every day from scratch, an absolutely unique dessert for The Islands of The Bahamas. Gelato is a premium quality ice cream with less fat and less air, served at a warmer temperature. Gelato tastes better and has no preservatives, which makes it healthier and tastier then ice cream. Our ingredients are either sourced locally or directly from Italy. We also offer vegan gelato, without any dairy, made out of fresh local fruits and simple water. In our special treat section, we offer a delicious gelato sandwich, a hot sweet bun with your favorite cold gelato inside. Affogato is also on the menu, French vanilla gelato drowning in a shot of espresso with a delicious cookie on top. Italian espresso and cappuccino are also served to keep everything in harmony, plus we have locally made jams, rum cakes, and refreshing organic drinks.
