Ragged Island Marjorie L. Wallace

Mrs. Wallace specializes in straw craft, with some items featuring the local Androsia batik as part of the design. Her creations include bags, bathroom mats, bedroom sets, kitchen sets, curtains, place mats, and throw cushions. She also makes jewelry from various types of seashells, fish scales, conch and whelk shells, all types of seeds (some referred to locally as hamburger and horseeye seeds), plus some very rare gold colored shells that look like kernels from yellow corn.
