Ronnie Butler began his music career at the age of 16 with two other musicians at the Carlton House Hotel on East Street. He performed at night while doing construction work during the day. He later joined King Eric & His Knights in 1958.
15+ albums, including: The Other Side of Ronnie Butler which shows his versatility—singing ballads; and the album Burma Road with hit songs such as: Burma Road, Native Woman, Bahama Rock, and Crow Calypso to name a few. Ronnie Butler received Queen's New Year's Honours for the year 2003: Member of the Most Excellent Order of The British Empire (Civil Division)
