Costa - Mexican Inspired Flavor!

The Baha Mar Resort recently reopened, and in addition to welcoming guests into their three hotel properties, many of their restaurants have returned to treat diners to menu favorites and a few new culinary gems.

Costa, which is located at the Rosewood Resort, offers relaxed outdoor cabana dining, surrounded by a koi fish pond. The Mexican and Latin American inspired menu includes classic staples like fresh made guacamole and sweet, warm, crispy, yet tender, churros.

Other options include flavor packed seafood dishes like their spiny lobster tacos or octopus ceviche, flavored with soy, cucumber, jicama, red onion, jalapeno and toasted sesame oil. For diners looking for something a bit meatier, they can try the “Mexican Quesadilla'', which is filled with skirt steak, oaxaca cheese, poblano peppers and a guacamolada sauce. A plate of “Chorizo Nachos”, topped with black beans, oaxaca cheese, salsa mexicana, guacamole & sour cream, also puts a bit of a twist on a crowd pleasing classic.

The Costa menu is capped off with delicious side options like their crispy brussel sprouts with mole sauce and sweet potato fries served with a chipotle honey, as well as several icecream options and a flan topped with orange caramel and a cocoa tuile.

For those looking to unwind with a bit of tequila or a cocktail (or two), the Costa beverage menu features classics like flavored margaritas, mojitos and a number of tequilas that are perfect to be enjoyed all on their own.
