Fresh, Flavorful, Bottomless & Stunning!

Dune is located at the Four Seasons Ocean Club Resort, along the stunning white sand and turquoise hues of the Cabbage Beach strip, and the restaurant's new brunch certainly lives up to the quality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.

Starting at midday on Sunday afternoons, the Dune dining room is transformed into a premium buffet that includes fresh chilled lobster tails, oysters, jumbo shrimp, and king crab with an assortment of sauces. The cured meat and cheese spread features brie, muenster, house-made cheese balls, cheddar, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, salami, assorted crackers, fresh fruit, smoked salmon and several other selections. The custom omelette and pancake stations include an array of toppings for a personalized breakfast plate that can be paired with morning staples like country potatoes, bacon and assorted pastries.

The hot selections include Bahamian classics like butter glazed lobster, meaty, fresh pan-seared grouper, peas and rice, macaroni and cheese, and fried plantains, just to name a few. And, fresh off the seaside grill, diners can enjoy more fresh seafood and fire-grilled steak.

Hearty conch chowder, with big chunks of the Bahamian delicacy, can also be paired with a wide assortment of breads that include focaccia, sweet and savory pumpkin loaves, brioche, fluffy dinner rolls, and johnny cake.

If diners manage to save room for dessert, they can then head into the main dining room for tropical fruit cheesecakes, rich bread pudding, cookies, and a number of gold-dusted treats topped with fresh seasonal fruit.

Optional and customizable bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary cocktails can also be added to the buffet. Dune amps up their cocktail selections with fruit purees, such as strawberry and guava, as well as crispy bacon and an olive or two for the Blood Mary lovers.

If you are looking for a sophisticated Sunday brunch, complete with uninterrupted ocean views, exceptional service, live music and super fresh and flavorful cuisine, Dune is a great option.

Located on Paradise Island, the Dune Sunday Brunch Buffet hours are 12-3 p.m. The cost is $95 per adult and $65 per child under 12 years. The unlimited Mimosas or Bloody Mary package is an additional $25 per person.
