Goodman’s Bay

Not far from Baha Mar, located in western New Providence, Goodman’s Bay is another breathtaking beach that also has a small park located right before you even get to the beach. It’s great for kids and even for joggers and fitness enthusiasts. There’s curbside eating available and if you’re driving, there are two parking lots right on the beach that are available for your convenience.

Arawak Cay

Located a few feet away from the world-famous Fish Fry, Arawak Cay is an amazing beach due to its location and the view. You have a front seat to watch, as the cruise ships pull into port, as well as the tugboats and even a lighthouse not so far from the shore. It’s a great place for the family as you can towel off and make the quick walk to the fish fry and have a meal and a cold beer!

Yamacraw Beach

This beach is located on the most easterly part of the island and has arguably the shallowest waters next to out island beaches. You can walk for miles and still only be waist deep in our transparent blue waters. But the real treat? The trip to get to the beach is what makes it all the greater. The eastern road is a vision in the day, sprawled with native trees welcoming you to the island, as well as notable luxury homes and just when you think it can’t get any better, you’re blessed with the beach on the side of you almost directing you where to go. It’s a beautiful trip to and from and must be experienced during your trip to the Bahamas.
