Boating On San Salvador

Boating On San Salvador

San Salvador has some of the most beautiful bays in The Bahamas—Dim Bay, Long Bay and Snow Bay—and sailing on the clear water can virtually take your breath away. The island is surrounded by protective reefs, but there are a variety of beaches, lagoons and cays where you can drop anchor to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You will not want to miss exploring Pigeon Creek, which can be accessed at several points. When you are ready for a stopover, Riding Rock Resort's marina offers 25 slips, accommodating boats up to 140 feet with advance notice. All slips have electric hook-ups, water connection (calculated according to vessel length), diesel and gasoline fuel, showers and restrooms, ice, laundry room and satellite television.
